(1) The annual security fee to be paid by the protected member organization shall be as prescribed by the fund.
(2) The security fee prescribed under sub-section (1) shall be paid four times a year on the 10th of the month of Shravan, Kartik, Magh and Baisakh.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), the fund may stipulate that the annual security fee shall be paid in advance as prescribed.
(4) For the purposes mentioned in sub-section (1), the fund shall set an annual fee for deposit protection within the minimum limit of zero one percent and maximum one percent of the safe deposit.
(5) If the fund's capacity of financial instruments and resources and the ratio of total safe deposit is above five percent, the fund can determine the annual protection fee zero one percent.
(6) Other arrangements related to security fee shall be as prescribed.
